  • "Service" means the DeFi Risk Monitor website, application, APIs, and related services.
  • "User" means the person using the Service.
  • "Alerts" means notifications, signals, or messages generated by the Service based on publicly available blockchain data.

2. Service Description

DeFi Risk Monitor is a non-custodial monitoring service that provides Alerts about DeFi positions and on-chain activity. We monitor publicly available blockchain data to help Users stay informed about their DeFi activity.

Important: We never access, hold, or manage your crypto assets. We do not have custody of your funds and cannot perform transactions on your behalf.

3. Beta Service Notice

The Service is currently provided in beta. Features may change or be discontinued without notice, and availability is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy of Alerts during the beta period.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction related to cryptocurrency and the use of monitoring services.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate wallet addresses, email address (if provided), and configuration details for monitoring.
  • Understand that DeFi protocols involve significant risk, including liquidation risk and smart contract risk.
  • Not rely solely on Alerts for financial decisions.
  • Maintain the security of your Telegram account (or any account) used for notifications.
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for:

  • Any illegal activities or purposes.
  • Attempting to abuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
  • Monitoring addresses or accounts without authorization or legal right to do so.
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Disclaimers

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Alerts and information are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or trading advice. We are not financial advisors.

NO GUARANTEES: We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of Alerts. Blockchain data may be delayed, incomplete, reorged, or interpreted incorrectly, and our monitoring may miss events.

YOUR RISK: You assume all risks associated with your DeFi activities. We are not responsible for losses you may incur.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or zero if you have not paid any fees).

9. Refund Policy

Subscription-based service: DeFi Risk Monitor is a subscription service.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain full access until the billing period ends.
  • Partial refunds for unused time are not provided.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for billing errors or service issues.

10. Cancellation and Data Deletion

Canceling monitoring subscriptions: You can delete your monitoring subscriptions at any time through your dashboard.

Account deletion: You may request account deletion by emailing us at [email protected]. Upon deletion:

  • We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
  • Your monitoring subscriptions will be permanently deleted.
  • We may retain limited, anonymized logs for analytics, security, fraud prevention, and system integrity.
  • Backups may persist for a limited period (e.g., up to 90 days) before being overwritten.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other Users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain (unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise).

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
